DMCA Policy
indox.com.co respects copyright. This policy explains the material an owner or authorized agent should prepare if a real notice method is identified separately.
Notice requirements
A notice should identify the protected work, provide the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, and include reliable contact information. It should contain a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized, a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature.
Review of notices
A notice received through a genuine identified channel may be evaluated for completeness, authority and whether the material can be found. A supported notice may result in a proportionate restriction, but a particular outcome is not guaranteed. The Copyright selection on Report Content helps assemble the facts locally.
Counter-notice
An affected party may prepare a counter-notice identifying the material and former location, stating under penalty of perjury why action resulted from mistake or misidentification, and supplying contact information, any consent to jurisdiction and service required by law, and a signature. A compliant counter-notice may be provided to the claimant.
Repeat infringement and misrepresentation
When appropriate and technically feasible, access related to repeated valid infringement may be restricted. Material misrepresentations may create liability. Other concern types are available on Report Content, and a general procedure question can be drafted on Contact Us.
